Venus by Maria Tash Return Policy

Here at Venus by Maria Tash your satisfaction is very important to us. We will be happy to accept returns on purchases for an exchange or store credit in the full amount of your purchase minus shipping fees.

Store credits are good towards any future purchases made on-line or at one of our NYC store locations and do not expire.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and shipped in original packaging with packing/sales slip included.

Items that are not in original condition, have been altered, missing parts or damaged in any way will not be accepted.

• Insure your package for the total value of the item(s) returned
• Select "signature required" shipping option
• Use a reliable shipping service.

NOTE: Please note that Venus by Maria Tash is not responsible for any return shipping including: lost, stolen damaged or mislabeled items. Returns will be processed within 15 (fifteen) business days upon receipt of returned items.
